Image Licensing

When you book a shoot, you receive a license to use the delivered images for marketing that specific listing — on MLS, listing sites, social media, print materials, and similar uses. This is a usage license, not a transfer of ownership or copyright; Adam Dubich retains full ownership and rights to the images, including the right to use or sell them for his own portfolio and marketing.

Images may not be sold, licensed, or transferred to another agent, brokerage, or third party. If a listing changes agents, the new agent will need their own photography or a separate licensing arrangement.

No stock use, resale, or third-party commercial use of these images is permitted without Adam's written permission.
