Common questions

How long until I get my photos back?
Most sessions are turned around within 24–48 hours, so listings can go live without waiting on media. Larger luxury properties with a more extensive shot list may take a little longer.
Can services be combined into one shoot?
Yes — drone, sunset, virtual staging, and floor plans can all be added to a core photography session and shot the same visit, rather than scheduling separate appointments.
What's the difference between a real twilight shoot and day-to-dusk conversion?
Day-to-dusk conversion is a fast, affordable edit — a daytime photo digitally transformed into a twilight look. A real on-location twilight shoot is timed to the actual sunset at that property, capturing how the light genuinely falls across the architecture, the true color in the sky that evening, and interior lights glowing as they actually would. It costs more and takes more time to shoot, but it's the difference between a convincing effect and the real thing — worth it for a property where the twilight shot is going to be the hero image.
Is your drone pilot licensed?
Yes — all aerial work is shot under an FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot.
What areas do you cover?
Orange County's coastal corridor — Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, and the surrounding communities. See Special Places for examples from specific neighborhoods.
